Hello I'm Laura,
Thank you for taking the time to read my little bio. I have been a Personal Fitness Trainer (see below for more details on training) for over 15 years working with clients wanting to tone up, lose weight or add muscle. Many of them experience muscle tension from weight lifting, their job or from daily stress so, I started introducing them to Body Relaxation. This form of massage allows the individual to relax their mind as well as their body. Being a personal fitness trainer I know how the muscles actually work which gives me the ability to understand exactly what my clients are saying as they explain where and how they are experiencing muscle tension or pain. When you come to me; YOU are in charge of the degree of pressure you desire. So, whether you want to enjoy the light sensation of the Swedish Massage or the more intense muscle penetrating pressure of Deep Tissue- it's all up to you.
Once you try Body Relaxation I know you will enjoy every moment and I'm sure you will return again and again.
